Our pizzas are thin, 10" flatbread pizzas, made to order and baked in our wood-fired oven until crisp and charred. The 900 degree oven can cook a freshly made pizza in under two minutes. We use the freshest toppings available from local farm markets, local foragers and from our garden.

Toppings usually available: smoked chicken , oak-grilled tri-tip steak, jalapenos, pineapple, olives, sweet bell pepper, feta or goat cheese, habaneros, and aged parmesan. Red pepper flakes, fresh ground black pepper and olive oil available at the counter.

Seasonal and special toppings: asparagus, wild local mushrooms, fresh tomato, spanish chorizo, corn, wood-roasted cherry tomatoes, squash, beets, turnips, aged cheeses, basil pesto, molé sauce, dessert pizzas, secret pizzas...
